Job Opening: Warehouse Lead (2nd shift)

Miami area 3rd party distributor seeking Warehouse Lead

Shift: 5:00 PM-3:30a Monday-Thursdays

Pay: $19.75/per hour

 Job Description:

• Skilled warehouse lead, with 1 year plus of warehouse and or distribution work experience.
• Able to work independently under department supervisor
• Have some shipping and receiving work experience.
• Proven leadership skills
• Computer savvy
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Requirements:

• Able to work 10 HR. shift while standing and walking about the warehouse floor
• Communicate in both English and Spanish
• Computer & Scanner experience
• Be present on the floor to follow up on employees’ work, ensure they are on task, and provide support with any issues.
• Be prepared to train new employees and regularly follow up on their progress.
• Lead by example.
• Maintain clear communication with both your team and superiors.
• Monitor team productivity regularly and take action if needed.
