Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our fast-paced staffing office in Shorewood. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist candidates in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process applications and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate general office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to complete daily administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
