Job Opening: Maintenance Helper

Now Hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Helper in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

Pay: $17/hr. Paid weekly

Maintenance Helper Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining general equipment functioning.
• Monitoring process temperatures and pumps, compressor, filter, valves, etc.
• Report any equipment failure.
• Maintain Exhaust fans working properly.
• Maintain the facilities in good condition
• Maintain salt levels in Softeners.
• Eliminate or fix any leak.
• Maintains accountability for meeting safety & quality departmental goals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a maintenance representative.
• Initiate appropriate actions for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Maintenance Helper Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance areas.
• High school diploma
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of a P.C. Excel, Word, and Power Point. 
• Detail orientated and analytical.
• Must be highly motivated and have good interpersonal skills
• Follows safe operating procedures when using tools and equipment.
