Job Opening: Staffing Recruiter/Onsite Support

ProLogistix has an immediate opening for a  recruiter! 

SCHEDULE

Saturday: 6am – 4:30pm

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
• Check ins at clients on associates first day on assignment
• Working in various VMS systems
• Verifying and updating associate information as needed
• Onsite support for local client and staff

Qualifications:

• Available to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation- will be doing client visits and grass roots recruiting
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time as required during client tours and check ins
• Excellent communication skills with clients and employees
• Outside of the box recruiting
• Conduct interviews
• Blasts to associates looking for job opportunities
• Able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment
• Able to handle difficult situations while remaining professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Ability to learn quickly and be self motivated
