On Site Staffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Checking in new and existing workers
• Walking the floor and engaging our workers and client leads and supervisors 
• Counseling our hourly associates
• Completing safety walks where you document safe and unsafe work behaviors
• Tracking and updating “On Premise” reporting

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years previous On-site Staffing Coordinator or recent warehouse supervisor experience
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office suite experience
• Ability to multi-task hourly associates, client contacts and branch team including management
• Attention to detail, meeting or exceeding deadlines and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent client service and sense of urgency
