Job Opening: Machine Operator

Now hiring for several Textile and Chemical Machine Operators in Huntersville, NC! 

Previous Machine Operating REQUIRED!

• Contract to hire
• Weekly pay

Shift:

• 1st shift: 6am – 2pm, Mon – Fri
• 2nd shift: 2pm – 10pm, Mon – Fri 
• 3rd shift: 10pm – 6am, Sun – Thurs

• 1st shift: 5am – 3pm, Mon – Thurs
• 2nd shift: 3pm – 1am, Mon – Thurs
• Weekend 1st shift, 6am – 6:30pm Fri, Sat, and Sun

Pay:

• $17/hr on 1st shift
• $17.50/hr on 2nd shift
• $18/hr on 3rd shift 

Machine Operator Responsibilities: 

• Will have to set up machine at the beginning of their shift.
• Close attention to detail, will have to monitor the process of the machine, making sure none of the fiberglass breaks, that the sewing machines are sewing correctly, and that material is being folded on the machine correctly.
• Will also be working on a resin dipping machine.
• Monitor the machine’s performance and the ‘foil’ material’s level, changing out material when it is low.
• Ensuring the liner is being folded correctly when coming out of the resin machine.
• Feeding material into the machine
• Correcting minor malfunctions and supporting for major repairs
• Packaging
• Documenting required paperwork

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 3+ years at Previous Employers is required!
• Previous experience in manufacturing is required!
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Knowledge and experience in textile industry preferred!
