?? Location: Spartanburg, SC

?? Job Type: Contract- 18 months

?? Pay Range: $22–$27/hour (based on experience, skills, and shift) 

 ?? Shift Schedule (Monday–Friday):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• ?? Training: All new hires will train on 1st shift for 2–6 weeks

??? Position Summary: Industrial Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our production equipment, facility infrastructure, and support systems running smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining a safe, high-performing environment ??.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance

?? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, and conveyors
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and pneumatic systems

?? Preferred Skills

• Experience in battery manufacturing or energy storage systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S principles
