Warehouse Operations Support (Time Studies & Process Improvement)

Location: Fontana, CA
Pay: $19+/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and help support warehouse operations with a focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time studies to analyze workflow and productivity

• Create spaghetti diagrams to optimize layout and movement

• Perform general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience required

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or process improvement tools
