Pay $21.00

After 60-day probationary period $22.00 per hour

After 60-day probationary period $1.00 per hour attendance and accuracy bonus

• Must Possess a valid Class B CDL
• Must have a current DOT medical card
• Must be 21+ years of age
• No OVI or Major Traffic violations within the past 3 years
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety requirements
• Basic math skills as it relates to the job
• Adhere to general safety standards
• Employee is required to adhere to attendance guidelines
