Machine Operators /Packers needed for a pharmaceutical Manufacturing warehouse located in Sparks Glencoe, MD

Temp to Hire

Shift/Pay: Monday-Friday ( optional overtime Saturday) 

$18/hr

Shift:

5:45am -6:00pm. Monday -Thursday

5:45am – 6:00pm. Monday – Wednesday (opposite week). OT available 

Machine Operator/PACKING Operator Job Duties:

• Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting.
• Controls and adjusts machine settings.
• Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective product, packaging, and component material.
• Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. May monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents. 
• automated machine processes and controls to perform routine assembly-line production functions of filling, packing, assembling, labeling and inspecting.
• Basic proficiency with PCs (Personal Computers) and basic use of a Windows environment is required.
