Job Opening: Inventory Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review packing slips for accuracy and compare them to submitted purchase order entries. Confirm quantities shipped and pricing. Notify appropriate people of any discrepancies or concerns.
- Maintains accurate, timely and complete communication between production, planning and procurement. Understand Purchase Order, Inventory Management, and Bill of Materials modules in AX program, and which features are applicable to job responsibilities.
- Input accurate postings for daily purchase order and bill of material receipts and provide
- required copies to appropriate department personnel.
- Assist the Sales department in maintaining an accurate system in posting and relieving inventory for sales samples, TOP’s, and art department sample requests.
- Maintain a well-organized updated filing system of all postings and a thorough understanding of how to retrieve Receipt History information through the AX program.
- Aid the accounting department with troubleshooting measures when needed to help resolve discrepancies relating to invoicing/posting issues.
- Develop and maintain good business relations with Sourcing and Printing contacts. Keep an updated pricing list from our vendors for posting reference.
- Assist the department manager in reviewing the end-of-month inventory reports regarding concerns related to posting or transferring entries.
- Coordinate closely with Production department in assuring timely and accurate
- postings and transfers.
- Monitor response times of vendors in their providing of packing slips so as not to delay regular daily postings. Recognize delay issues and resolve by communicating with appropriate contacts.
- Review open purchase order reports and check status of backorder purchase orders.
- Assist the Inventory Manager with recording transfers and cycle counts results.
- Maintain accurate and status of all ongoing Rollout and replenishment programs in relation to blank procurement and finished goods inventory relief.
- Maintain accuracy of all inventory items.
Shift: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 6am to 6pm
Pay rate range: $18.00 to $19.00
After worked hour and convert pay rate$ 20.00 and Benefit-Medica, Vision, dental, Life insurance, 401K , sick and vacation hours, holidays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or 4 years of experience in a related role
- Familiar with web-based inventory systems such as D365
- Must be detail oriented and can build positive relationships with internal and
- external customers.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Good communication and motivational skills and experience in staffing / training are
- necessary. Ability to work in a high pace/high volume environment
- High energy and personally motivated, flexible, and adaptive, Performance driven
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization.
