Description
We are currently seeking a Tool Repair Technician with a mechanical background to join our team. This role involves performing comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of aircraft tools, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical systems and demonstrate a strong attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics of various aircraft-related tools

Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble tools and components as needed

Identify and replace worn or damaged parts to ensure tools meet operational standards

Document all repairs, part replacements, and maintenance in the company ERP system

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and providing status updates on repairs

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols

Mechanical background required – automotive, industrial, or small equipment experience preferred

Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical diagnostics a plus

Ability to read and understand manuals, schematics, or repair documentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
