Call Center Representative
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: 20.00
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide information on shipments, delivery schedules, and service updates
Assist with order tracking, billing questions, and issue resolution
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues
Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
