ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sales Order/Replenishment pick release Picking: Compares location number, article number, and quantity on pick ticket with location number on shelf and article label (as opposed to the storage ticket itself) Ensures batches are picked in sequence. Storage: Compares location number, from storage ticket and location number n shelf. Ensures accuracy of all items picked and stored. Consolidates orders from the Storage & Retrieval area Uses Oracle Telnet to confirm and pack orders Compares packing list with product label (as opposed to pick ticket itself). Counts items to ensure correct amount is shipped Packs boxes correctly to ensure product is not damaged in transit Manifest all parcel and LTL shipments. Assists with loading trucks or trailers using forklift or pallet jack. Visually checks product for defects Notifies manager or lead person of discrepancies Visually checks packing list for special customer requirements (packing, labeling, etc.) Operates forklift to move merchandise to be shipped Weighs merchandise and completes bill of lading and packing list Stocks work station periodically to ensure correct boxes and packing materials are available Assists Shipping Manager and Lead Person to ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders Keeps work area cleaned and well organize.

Location: Carson, California Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role plays a key part in the timely and accurate processing of outgoing shipments and will work closely with the Shipping Manager and Lead to uphold operational efficiency and safety.

??? Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments ensuring order completion and accuracy

• Consolidate orders from the Storage & Retrieval area

• Use SAP Telnet to confirm and pack orders

• Match product labels to packing lists, ensuring proper items are shipped

• Perform item counts and verify quantities for shipment

• Pack boxes securely to prevent product damage during transit

• Load trucks and trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks

• Inspect merchandise visually for any defects or issues

• Flag discrepancies to the manager or lead

• Review packing lists for special customer instructions (e.g., labeling, packing format)

• Operate forklift to move merchandise efficiently

• Weigh shipments and complete all related documentation (bill of lading, packing list)

• Restock workstation with correct boxes and packing materials

• Assist the shipping team with order processing to maintain flow and accuracy

• Keep a clean and organized workspace

? Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred

• Familiarity with SAP Telnet system is a plus

• Certified forklift operator or willingness to become certified

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
