Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely communication with customers.
• Provide quality customer service and have the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
• Improve efficiency of processes from a quality, cost and timing perspective.
• Possess attention to detail skills to uncover discrepancies for orders.
• Accurately ensure timely execution of customer requests.
• Participate in preparation of required reporting and analysis.
• Monitor delays, interruptions and rush orders and adjust accordingly to meet deadlines.

• Previous recent CSR experience  
• Logistic experience (2 years minimum)
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Excel knowledge
• SAP knowledge (preferrable)
• Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot issues
• Proactive and self-starter
• Bilingual is a plus
