Job description: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or missing items, and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments per customer or transfer orders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, and labels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors to resolve shipment issues.
• Track inventory and assist in cycle counts or physical inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as directed by leadership.

• Fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season.

• May require overtime or flexible schedule during peak periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for long periods of time.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may include temperature fluctuations and moderate noise levels.
