HELP NEEDED OPERATIONS COORDINATOR in NEWARK, NJ
SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM-3:30PM
PAY RATE: $25/hour
Essential Functions:
- Professionally handles incoming phone calls and point of contact to plant visitors.
- Provides GL coding for AP invoices.
- Process all invoicing to Angleboard customers.
- Processing and maintaining accounts payable and credit card records.
- Maintaining office supplies and organization.
- Handling receipts (paperwork) of all raw materials and consumables.
- Assigning account codes and send invoicing to Corporate.
- Entering BOL’s and Orders into tracking systems, send info to Corporate.
- Developing end of month reports and paperwork. Review with Plant Manager and submit to Corporate Headquarters.
- Issuing POs for plant, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Handling administrative duties such as filing, copying, mail, ordering supplies, etc.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Working with supervisors and leads to provide month inventory.
Experience:
- data entry experience
- ERP/Inventory experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Compiling Excel spreadsheets, pivot table and formula experience a plus
