Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Worker
Job Summary:
A Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Receiving & Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, inspect items for damage, and store materials in designated locations.
-Order Picking & Packing: Retrieve items based on order sheets, prepare shipments, and ensure accuracy.
-Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, maintain records, and assist with stock replenishment.
-Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely.
-Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and load outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
-Safety & Maintenance: Follow workplace safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

Work Environment:
-Fast-paced warehouse setting with potential exposure to varying temperatures.
-Use of safety gear such as gloves, vests, and steel-toe boots may be required.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
-Experience in warehouse or logistics (a plus, but not always required).
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
-Forklift certification (preferred or provided by employer).
