We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Export Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth movement of freight while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Essential Job Functions:

Prepare and process export documentation including dock receipts, bills of lading, and Shipper’s Export Declarations (SEDs)

Track and trace cargo to ensure timely and accurate movement and delivery

Provide accurate billing information to the accounting department

Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, tracking, routing, and rate quotes

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, pricing, and scheduling

Collaborate with other company branches and agents to ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution

Determine the most cost-effective and efficient mode of transportation that meets customer requirements
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in the import/export or logistics industry preferred
Skills & Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Quick learner with strong memory recall and attention to detail

Must be career-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player
Physical Requirements:
