Job Opening: 2nd Shift – Picker

Location: West Chester
Shift:2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (must be able to stay until 2am when necessary)

Pay: $16.50/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. You’ll be responsible for managing pick ticket orders, pulling inventory from shelves, packing and loading items for delivery, and maintaining inventory records to support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and fulfill pick ticket orders
• Pull items from warehouse shelves accurately
• Stage and pack items for delivery, including shrink-wrapping pallets
• Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain high health and safety standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and dispatch planning
• Monitor stock control systems and processes
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable walking long distances and standing for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, and move actively throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
