Full job description

Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the department Supervisor with the overall output, quality, condition and capability of their assigned department, including receiving, picking, packing, storage and shipping of products to meet the customer needs.

Duties

Assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to staff.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping and receiving of goods.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
