Now Hiring: Forklift Operators/Material Handlers – DeKalb, IL

We’re seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators/Material Handlers to join our team in DeKalb, IL. These are long-term roles with potential for permanent hire for the right candidates. Multiple shifts are available, and all positions offer weekly pay!

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

A Shift – $20.30/hr

Sunday–Tuesday: 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Wednesday: 5:15 AM – 11:15 AM

B Shift – $20.30/hr

Wednesday: 11:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM

D Shift – $22.30/hr (includes $2.00 shift premium)

Sunday–Tuesday: 5:15 PM – 4:45 AM
Wednesday: 5:15 PM – 11:15 PM

E Shift – $22.80/hr (includes $2.50 shift premium)

Wednesday: 11:15 PM – 4:45 AM
Thursday–Saturday: 5:15 PM – 4:45 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store materials
Prepare products and materials for shipment
Load, unload, and stage materials
Track and record inventory movement
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience, or 2 years within the last 5
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
