Forklift Operator

Location: Prospect Heights, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team that keeps operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate with strong forklift experience to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our warehouse team, you’ll:

• Pick and move parts based on customer orders using traditional warehousing methods.
• Operate Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, and Stand-Up Forklifts to transport items to designated areas.
• Scan and organize materials following standard work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Split your time: 50% operating equipment, 50% packing and picking orders.
• Adapt to scheduling needs to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Take on additional tasks as needed—this role goes beyond just driving equipment!

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience with forklifts, especially Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers.
