Job Opening: Reach Truck 8am

Client in Youngsville looking for Reach truck forklift driver- EXPERIENCED

1st shift

8am – 5pm or 9am to 6pm

Reach truck operator. Will also be pulling orders – pick ticket; pull panels $17/hr. able to lift 50 pounds

• Operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stack glass, aluminum, or other materials.

• Safely and efficiently transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical problems.

• Maintain accurate inventory by scanning or logging materials into the warehouse management system (WMS).

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of glass products.

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking orders, packing, and staging.

• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Keep work area clean and organized to support Lean and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid reach truck certification/license (or ability to obtain one).

• 1+ year of experience operating a reach truck or similar lift equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.
