Description

We are currently seeking two qualified Freight Clerks with a strong background in freight forwarding, relevant software systems, and hands-on forklift operation.

Job Title: Freight Clerk – Software Knowledge & Forklift Experience

Location: Hialeah
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

Proven experience in freight forwarding
Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other relevant logistics software
Valid certification and practical experience with:
- Reach Forklift
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Bilingual
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Handle freight documentation and inventory tracking using warehouse management software (WMS)
Operate both reach and sit-down forklifts to move, load, and organize freight
Support daily shipping and receiving activities
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in warehouse systems
Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures
