Job Opening: Human Resource Generalist

We are currently hiring a Human Resource Generalist in Edinburg, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Starting pay: $16.98 p/h  Paid weekly!

Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Provide assistance to the Employment Specialist in recruitment by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
• Conduct fingerprint background clearances.
• Gather all required documentation needed to post vacant positions.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Generalist Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Human Resources field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, business administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
