Locations: West Side Indianapolis – From Clayton to Whitestown, IN (and everywhere in between)
Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE – Shift differentials apply
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr (Example: Plainfield, IN – Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM)

Stand-Up Forklift Operators
Reach Truck Operators
Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operators

? Requirements:

6–12 months of experience on each type of equipment listed
Proven ability to:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in narrow aisles and high-reach areas
- Build and wrap pallets with precision
- Perform put-away and replenishment tasks as needed
Familiarity with RF scanners, loading/unloading, and warehouse inventory systems
Understanding of OSHA safety standards and forklift operation protocols
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
