Job Opening: Reach Truck Long Forks

Must have Crown/Yellow reach truck experience, Loading unloading replant and picking and double bay locations. Not put away driver not loaders you are a forklift driver cross trained you will have to get off for case picking when needed. 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm OT Saturdays Site Details • Warehouse temp: 55°F (zone at 42°F). Hoodies/beanies allowed (no hoods up). • PPE: Yellow vest provided by Prologistix. • Breaks: 1x 15-min + 1x 30-min (must remain onsite). • Rules: Only water allowed on the floor. • Contract runs Sept 1 – Jan 31. Candidate Requirements • 30-min assessment with Anthony (likely Mondays). Send candidate list with names/times in advance. • Orientation: 5–6 hrs on first day, then regular shift. • Must have Crown/Jungheinrich reach truck experience, double bay knowledge, and ability to case pick as needed. • Cannot have been released from another Geodis site for attendance/behavior issues. • Must bring badge photo with full name and staffing company name. Job Orders • 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 3:30PM–2AM, OT on Fridays) o 2 Reach Truck Drivers – $19.25/hr • 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7AM–3:30PM, OT Saturdays) o 2 Reach Truck Drivers – $18.75/hr Notes • Shelves have 6 levels, reach trucks with cameras. • PFP program available (for those who reach 100%). • Emphasis on attendance, attitude, productivity, integrity. • Possible direct hire, but no guarantees.
