Job Opening: Senior Production Supervisor

ProLogistix is now hiring for Experienced 2nd and weekend shift Senior Production Supervisors to lead our fulfillment center operations with a world-renowned computer company in the area! 

Shifts:

2nd Shift 3:30pm-Midnight

Weekend 11am–Midnight Fridays, Sat and Sundays v11am-11pm.

Payrate: 

$36.06 hr or more depending on experience.

Will manage a team of associates and junior supervisors, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach fulfillment teams to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Oversee daily production operations: picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Support workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in fulfillment or warehouse operations; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment processes, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
