Job Opening: Customer Service Representative

Traffic Agent Needed in East El Paso 

• $15/HR 
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Long-term position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating delivery order plans for pickups while drivers are on the road
• Receive freight into the system
• Identify and implement efficiencies to maximize trailer usage
• Create manifests and generate reports as needed
• Ensure all DLV and PU events are present in the system

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and logistics experience
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently and in a team environment
• Must be coachable, responsible, and have a positive attitude
