Schedule 2nd Shift 2:30PM-11:00PM Pay Rate $18.25
Schedule: 3rd Shift 10PM-6:30AM Pay Rate: $18.75
General Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team. The role is responsible for conducting inventory cycle counts, validating bin locations, and ensuring inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (VMS). This position supports operational efficiency by preventing shortages or over-purchasing of raw materials while maintaining accurate reporting and compliance with customer requirements.
Skills & Competencies:

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s; counting up to 1,000).

Ability to use measurements of weight, volume, distance, and American currency.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow one- or two-step instructions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience with a Warehouse Management System.

At least 1 year of experience performing cycle counts.

1 year of forklift operation experience strongly preferred.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to train and coach others.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts using an RF device.

Count serialized and non-serialized electronic devices, accessories, and raw materials.

Compare physical bin contents to VMS data, identify discrepancies, and research/resolve issues.

Conduct bin validations as required by the customer.

Assist in annual physical inventory per customer contract.

Perform safety checks for equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, scissor lifts, and VMS.

Generate and distribute daily cycle count reports to operations management.

Provide training and assistance to team members as needed.
