Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Inventory: Accept deliveries from manufacturers, inspect products, and log them into inventory systems.
• Inventory Storage: Organize and store items in a trackable warehouse system.
• Order Processing: Retrieve items accurately when customer orders are placed.
• Picking and Packing: Select products from shelves and pack them securely for shipment.
• Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment using various carriers, ensuring tracking is provided.
• Returns Management: Handle product returns, exchanges, and restocking efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in long-term growth and development
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required

Candidate Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Numerical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers, counting, and basic calculations.
• Inventory Experience: Prior experience in inventory management or related fields is required.
• Reliability: Must be dependable and punctual.
• ITAR Compliance: Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements (U.S. persons only).
• Federal Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a federal background screening.
• Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
