• 1st Shift 8am-45pm Mon-Sat

Responsibilities for the Technical Support Position:

• Bilingual, Spanish/English (plus)
• Answering phones.
• Tech support for generators and lawnmowers
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Other duties as assigned.

• $20hr

Requirements for the Technical Support Position:

• BILLINGUAL in Spanish/English(Plus)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Mechanical and electrical skills.
• Call center experience.
• Must have good computer and email skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens.
• High Diploma.
