Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management: Monitor and manage the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. 

1. Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. This includes using precise measurement tools and techniques. 

1. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes. Document any discrepancies and provide detailed reports to management to facilitate improvements. 

1. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing process, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to prevent defects. 

1. Compliance: Ensure that all products meet relevant industry, safety, and regulatory standards. Stay updated on compliance requirements to avoid costly errors.
