Job Opening: Facility Maintenance Associate

Aerospace company seeking Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Valencia, CA

As an Entry-Level Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll support the smooth operation of our logistics facility by performing basic maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs.

You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of facility infrastructure (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems Assist with setup and relocation of office or warehouse furniture and fixtures

Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools

Respond to maintenance requests and report issues to senior technicians or management

Support janitorial and sanitation efforts as needed Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Must have prior experience with: 

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical 
• Must clear a Federal Background 
• Must clear a Drug Test
• Must be ITAR compliant
