Available Shifts and Hourly Pay Rates
- $20.00 an Hour, Days Working 6A to 5P Monday to Friday
- $21.50 an Hour, Evenings Working 2P to 10:30P Monday to Friday
Daily Customer Service Representatives aka CSRs Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal operations teams.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance ticket queue, ensuring all requests are tracked and resolved promptly.
- Track, report, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Communicate status updates and resolution timelines to customers with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with operations to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and ticket activities.
- Identify trends and potential service gaps, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidates thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking and prioritization, and has strong computer and customer relations skills.
Specific Qualifications for CSRs:
- 1 or more recent years of experience in Customer Service Representative receiving inbound and making outbound client calls in regards to shipments and updates.
- Strong computer proficiency, including CRM and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a service, logistics, or operations coordination role is preferred and a HUGE PLUS!
