Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join the team on 1st shift. This role is heavily focused on die work and requires expertise in building, repairing, and maintaining dies to support automotive production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain progressive and transfer dies used in production
• Diagnose and troubleshoot die-related issues to minimize downtime
• Perform precision machining, grinding, fitting, and assembly of tooling and dies
• Conduct die tryouts and adjustments to ensure proper functionality and quality standards
• Work from blueprints, sketches, and CAD models to complete tooling projects
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Qualifications

• Journeyman Tool & Die Card required
• 5–10 years of Tool and Die experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of die construction, repair, and troubleshooting
• Skilled in operating manual and CNC machining equipment for toolmaking
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
