Job Description:
The Office Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support across multiple departments. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office functions, including handling communications, coordinating travel and mail services, and supporting legal, HR, finance, and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic office environment.
