Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Bethlehem, PA Schedule:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous communication with current and prospective customers.
- Interpret and follow written instructions, job aids, and standard logistics procedures.
- Collaborate with receiving and shipping departments to meet daily operational needs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clarity and professionalism.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to meet tight customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, records, and documentation.
- Operate effectively under pressure in a high-paced warehouse environment.
- Navigate the facility to obtain information and necessary approvals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Display a commitment to quality service and continuous process improvement.
- Complete all role-specific training and certifications as required.
- Show flexibility to support overtime, weekends, and business-critical needs.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in computer usage and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Keen attention to detail; ability to recognize small product markings or discrepancies.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English): Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently.
