Position Details

• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Pay Rate:
  • $17.00/hr (1st Shift)
  • $18.50/hr (2nd Shift, includes $1.50 shift premium)
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thu; OT on Fridays)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Thu; OT on Fridays)

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks depending on your strengths and preferences. You may be:

• Visually inspecting parts and packing them into boxes while seated
• Standing at the end of a machine, inspecting and packing parts into crates
• Operating a resistance welder, applying a secondary process to parts by welding nuts onto them

We rotate team members or place them where they fit best, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
