Now Hiring International Operations Agent in Laredo, TX

Starting pay: $15 p/h Weekly pay!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am to 7pm

International Operations Agent Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor international shipments (air, sea, and land), from origin to destination.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Ensure timely customs clearance by submitting accurate documentation and tracking regulatory changes.
Track and trace shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, including import/export regulations, and country-specific requirements.
Manage data entry and maintain shipment records.
Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged goods, shipping errors, or lost cargo.

International Operations Agent Requirements:

2+ years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of import/export documentation and regulations.
Problem-solving and decision-making
Time management and multitasking
