Warehouse Associate Must possess a thorough knowledge of processes and procedures associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for various functions associated with shipping, receiving, and the packaging of inbound/outbound shipments along with various housekeeping duties. Department Operations: Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving and Packaging Reports to Team Coach Requirements • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language. • Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). • Physical demands: Must be able to lift 55 – 100 lbs. • Warehouse environment: in and outdoor with possible extreme weather conditions. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment. • Perform various tasks in assistance or in support of the KTN organization including but not limited to general labor. • Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays according to the needs of the business. • Punctuality is a must; be on time and ready to work at the start shift. • Move and set up machinery as directed by Lead or Supervisor. • Manual labor including sorting, measuring, scanning, registering, picking, and other various tasks. • Be able to follow all Visual Operating Procedures required for your assigned task. • This customer requires special attention with regards to dangerous goods in compliance with US DOT, IATA, and ICAO. The ideal candidate will possess prior working experience with these specifications. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS • Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and follow/execute all safety procedures/rules as outlined in the KTN Safety Manuel and OSHA Regulations. • Possess a high standard of quality.
