Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday | Some overtime & weekends may be required
Location: Orangeburg, SC 

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and business partners via phone and email
• Provide professional, calm, and solutions-focused support when handling complaints or issues
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently
• Monitor delivery routes and ensure customers are updated on progress
• Accurately scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process order changes, updates, or cancellations with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center or logistics environment a plus)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Resilient under pressure with a customer-first mindset
