Shipping Clerk Needed in the East Side of El Paso
- $15-17/hr
- 6 Months Related Experience Required
- 1st Shift 7AM – 4PM
- OT Mandatory
- Weekly Pay

Job Summary:
- As a shipping clerk, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the merchandise leaving a company’s warehouse.
- Creating shipping documents, such as invoices and purchase orders, and pulling inventory from the shelves.
- Once an order has been filled, you’re responsible for monitoring each shipment to make sure that outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately.
- Print shipping labels, schedule pick-ups, and ensure that each package has the proper postage.
- Perform inventory control and track a shipment’s delivery status.
- Some positions require you to complete all of these tasks quickly enough to meet a company’s production quotas.
- You may have to use scanners, postage machines, scales, to perform these job duties.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
- Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Keen ability to assess situations, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.
