Surprise Area Logistics Company seeking a Quality Control Associate – 1st Shift

A growing logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to ensure accuracy and quality in outbound shipments. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm (Position Requires OT and Flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

Label boxes and packages accurately for outbound shipments (quantities/sku’s)
Verify shipment quantities and SKUs to ensure orders are correct
Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies
Assist with maintaining organized and compliant warehouse operations
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
Basic computer skills or familiarity with warehouse management systems
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if applicable]
