Job Title: Scanner/Warehouse Associate
Location: Walnut, CA 
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am -4:30pm 
Pay Rate: $20.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Scanner/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for performing component serial number scanning, material issuing, order picking, labeling, and general warehouse duties in accordance with Equus quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan component serial numbers and issue materials into work orders.

• Generate and print labels (WO#, UL, or others per build documents).

• Perform data entry in JDE/ERP system as needed.

• Pick, stock, and process orders accurately.

• Assist with loading/unloading shipments using pallet jacks or by hand.

• Verify, handle, and inspect materials properly (WIP).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Support production/warehouse goals and follow established work instructions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 6–12 months of related warehouse or scanning experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office); JDE/ERP experience a plus.

• Ability to read, write, and follow safety/operating instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work overtime when needed.
