Hours and Starting Pay:
1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm $23.00hr
Objective
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations This role ensures inventory, equipment, and workflow remain organized and efficient to support high-volume order fulfillment. The Warehouse Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the facility—maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and enabling smooth execution across 1st and 2nd shifts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage overall warehouse organization, including layout, storage optimization, and material flow.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.

Assign tasks and direct daily workload across warehouse operators to meet production goals.

Maintain clear visibility of order queues, backlog, and throughput to support leadership in planning.

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of customer devices and materials.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with industry standards.

Support escalation resolution when order flow or warehouse bottlenecks occur.

Collaborate with shift leads and managers to align resources with business priorities.

Track and report warehouse performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order cycle time, SLA adherence, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization.
Critical Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse workflows, and shipping processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; SAP, WMS, or other ERP experience preferred.

Ability to lead small teams, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability.

Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
