Glass & Glazing Fabrication Associate

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday6am-2:30pm 

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable individuals to perform work activities related to the glass and glazing façade industry. Responsibilities include the fabrication and assembly of aluminum frames, glazing, trimming, and bunking/crating of materials. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure and have general experience using hand tools. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Shop temperature averages around 60 degrees — dress accordingly.

• This is a team-based environment where punctuality is essential.

Requirements:

• Must wear long work pants or jeans (no sweatpants or shorts).

• Work boots are required (steel toe not necessary).

• Must wear a mask and protective eyewear when required.

• Cell phones are not allowed on the shop floor (for safety and productivity).

• Must be reliable and arrive on time — tardiness affects the entire team.
