Looking for E-commerce Team Lead in Ridgefield, NJ!
Shift: Thursday-Friday-Saturday, from 9am to 7:30 pm or until finished and Monday 7:30 am to 4pm
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce team, ensuring the seamless execution of duties.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and coach the team when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed to ensure a successful overall operation.
- Assist with staff duty delegations according to business needs.
- Train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, picking, returns, and/or quality control.
- Assist associates and temporary labor in the completion of productivity sheets and accurate capture of production and payroll hours.
Accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety. - Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area, and assist in security of the warehouse.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor in ensuring that all associates handle products according to all prescribed quality procedures and SOPs.
- Fast learner, customer experience driven and very detail-oriented individual.
Proven experience in e-commerce leadership, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to train and develop new and existing associates.
Fluent in Spanish and English required.
2 years of experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
Mandatory overtime when needed
