ProLogistix in Kenosha is now hiring a 2nd shift Production Line Lead for our client in Kenosha, WI.
Prior experience as a Line Lead in a warehouse or logistic setting is required
Hours: 4pm to 1230am Monday thru Friday
Pay: $21 per hour
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Production Line Lead to join our client’s growing logistics team on 2nd shift! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in driving productivity, ensuring quality, and supporting a great team environment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production line activities to ensure efficient processing, packaging, labeling, and shipment of goods.

Assign tasks and monitor associates’ performance to maintain production flow and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Coordinate with other departments (Receiving, Shipping, Quality Control, etc.) to maintain smooth workflow.

Train and mentor new and existing associates on job duties, safety protocols, and productivity expectations.

Monitor and maintain production metrics, including output, downtime, and error rates.

Perform line inspections and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize disruption.

Communicate shift updates, performance feedback, and improvement opportunities to management.

Promote a positive team environment that encourages accountability, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.

2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.

Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, production flow, and safety practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

Basic computer skills (WMS systems, Excel, reporting tools).

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
